Power Automate and Power Apps expert
Getting from Microsoft 365 what you already pay for
We design and industrialise your Power Automate flows, Power Apps applications and Power BI dashboards, within the governance rules of your own Microsoft 365 tenant.
Your Microsoft 365 licences are idle
Most small and mid-size companies already have the Power Platform in their Microsoft 365 licences without using it, or use it in a disorganised way: flows built by individual users that break as soon as those users leave.
- —Order or leave approvals still circulate by email, with no audit trail and no automatic follow-up.
- —Power Automate flows were built by someone who has since left, and nobody dares change them.
- —Premium connectors have been enabled at random, and the bill grows without anyone tracking usage.
- —Shared spreadsheets serve as business applications, with the version conflicts that implies.
How we work
Inventory
A review of existing flows, environments and connectors. We identify what runs, what is broken and what is costing premium licences.
Design
Modelling the target flow with the people who use it, choosing connectors and defining failure cases — which is where reliability is won or lost.
Build
Developing the flow or application, handling retries, logging and documentation, in a dedicated environment.
Handover
Go-live, training of internal owners and documentation handover, so your teams can evolve the solution without us.
Our Microsoft scope
We work inside your tenant, with your security rules and environments — not on a parallel platform.
- Power Automate
- Flow automation: approvals, notifications and synchronisation between SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Dataverse and your business systems.
- Power Apps
- Internal business applications: field data entry, request handling, data lookup, on mobile as well as desktop.
- Power BI
- Decision dashboards fed automatically, with the data modelling that makes them trustworthy.
- Dataverse and SharePoint
- Structured storage for application data, permission management and history.
- Azure and custom connectors
- Reaching the systems that have no standard connector, through their APIs.
What you get
- Documented flows and applications, deployed in a dedicated environment rather than in an employee's personal account.
- Explicit error handling: what happens when a step fails, who is alerted, how the run is replayed.
- Knowledge transfer to your internal owners, with maintenance documentation.
- A review of which premium licences and connectors you actually need.
Frequently asked questions
Is Power Automate included in our Microsoft 365 licences?+
Partly. Microsoft 365 licences include Power Automate with standard connectors. Premium connectors (third-party databases, custom connectors, some APIs) require an additional licence. We check this during the inventory, before designing something that would cost you licences you do not need.
Should we choose Power Automate or n8n?+
It depends on your systems. Power Automate is the natural choice when most of your usage sits in Microsoft 365 and IT governance matters. n8n wins when you need to connect many non-Microsoft tools, host processing yourself, or control costs at high volume. We work with both and document the decision during framing.
Can you take over flows built in-house?+
Yes, and it is a common request: taking over flows built by someone who has left, documenting them, making them reliable and redeploying them in a governed environment. We start with an inventory before proposing what should be kept, rewritten or deleted.
Does our data leave our environment?+
No. Flows run inside your Microsoft tenant, under your compliance and data residency rules. We work with named accounts whose access is revoked at the end of the engagement.
Do you train our teams?+
Yes, and it is planned from the design stage. An automation your teams cannot evolve becomes technical debt. Transfer to one or two internal owners is part of every engagement.
A flow to automate in Microsoft 365?
Describe the process: we will tell you whether it belongs in Power Automate, in another technology, or needs simplifying first.
