n8n and Make consultant
Connecting your tools without locking yourself to a vendor
We design and host your n8n and Make automations: connecting your business applications, processing workflows and AI agents. On your infrastructure or ours, with workflows that remain yours.
Your tools do not talk to each other
A CRM, an ERP, a mailbox, an e-signature tool, a tracking spreadsheet: each does its job well, and your teams spend their days copying data from one to another. That is exactly what n8n and Make solve.
- —The same information is entered two or three times, in different systems, with the discrepancies that follow.
- —Your business tools have no standard connector between them and the vendors point you towards custom development.
- —You want to apply AI to your documents or emails, without sending your data anywhere.
- —Automation platforms billed per task become expensive as soon as volumes grow.
How we work
Framing
Identifying the flows to automate, the systems to connect and the security and hosting constraints that apply.
Prototype
A first working workflow on a real case, within days. You judge on evidence before committing further.
Industrialisation
Error handling and replays, logging, secret management, separate test and production environments.
Operations
Hosting on your infrastructure or ours, monitoring, and knowledge transfer to your teams.
Our technical scope
n8n and Make cover neighbouring but different needs: the choice comes down to hosting, volumes and how far you need to customise.
- n8n
- A self-hostable automation platform: your data stays with you, costs do not scale with task count, and the logic remains accessible.
- Make
- A cloud platform that is quick to pick up, suited to standard scenarios and teams without dedicated technical resources.
- AI agents and APIs
- Document analysis, data extraction, assisted drafting, embedded in the workflow with control over what reaches the model.
- APIs and webhooks
- Connecting the business tools that have no native connector, through their APIs.
- Docker and monitoring
- Containerised hosting, backups and execution monitoring.
What you get
- Workflows you own, exportable and documented: no dependency on us to keep them running.
- An n8n instance hosted as you choose, on your infrastructure or on one we administer.
- Failure handling: alerts, replays, traceable execution history.
- Training for your teams on maintaining and building workflows.
Frequently asked questions
n8n or Make: which should we choose?+
Make suits standard scenarios, with quick onboarding and per-operation billing. n8n takes the lead as soon as you want to host processing yourself, handle high volumes without the bill following, or customise deeply. We settle this during framing, based on your real volumes.
Where is our data hosted with n8n?+
Wherever you decide. n8n is self-hosted: on your servers, on a dedicated server we administer for you, or in the cloud of your choice. That is its main difference from pure SaaS platforms, and the reason we often recommend it for processing that touches sensitive data.
What happens if we stop working with you?+
You keep everything: workflows export as JSON, the instance is yours, the documentation is handed over. We do not build dependencies on proprietary components you could not take over.
Can we embed AI in these automations?+
Yes, and it is a common use: classifying incoming email, extracting invoice data, summarising a document, drafting a reply. The point to watch is what data reaches the model: we scope that explicitly, and some processing can run on internally hosted models.
How long until a first workflow is in production?+
For a simple flow between two systems with decent APIs, a few days. The delay rarely comes from the automation tool: it comes from API access, permissions to obtain and business rules to clarify.
Which tools do you want to connect?
Tell us which applications your teams use and which data moves between them by hand. We will tell you what can be automated, and at what cost.
